As a certified Reiki Master, I offer Japanese energy healing that can be used in conjunction
with modern medicine to alleviate stress, speed recovery time, and calm the mind. I provide healing to people at every stage
of life in need of nurturing. Reiki can help ease pain associated with the birth into this world, the birth into the next
and every moment in between. Mama Gaia's is a center for Reiki training. Classes are affordable and are available for
students of all ages. I really enjoy teaching the Mom's Night Out Reiki Level I classes. Mama Gaia's also focuses
on a variety of other natural healing products like aromatherapy and homeopathy.
Natural Parenting
Mama Gaia's provides resources
for parents interested in learning more about Attachment Parenting, Breastfeeding, and Cloth Diapering. I am a proud retailer
of the #1 rated Fuzzi Bunz and the adorable StarBunz cloth diapers, the gorgeous and innovative Bebe au Lait and Slurp and Burp nursing covers and The Moby Wrap, which was selected by me because I feel it is the very best baby carrier on the market today. No parent should be without
a Moby. Now that my son is older, I use the Moby when I babysit and I call it my "secret weapon." These three products
make the most outstanding, unique gifts for baby showers or welcoming home. I also proudly carry the Hyland's brand of children's homeopathic remedies. Moms swear by the herbal nursing drops. I love the "Bee My
Love" brand of absorbent cotton baby bibs that I stock which are made by another local mother. You'll find a
way for older kids to put down the electronics with the nationally acclaimed Folkmanis Puppets and another locally owned favorite, The Kids' Junk Box.
Natural Living
I am extremely proud to carry some of the Vermont Soapworks, the Aura Cacia, and the locally owned Sheenadwah lines of organic aromatherapy products. Stop in and smell the benefits for yourself. I carry a huge variety of organic Tea
Tree products. I am also very excited to bring Livingston County some of the Bamboosa line. Made from bamboo fiber, it is the latest innovation in textile fabrics. It feels similar to a blend of silk and cashmere
and yet it's biodegradable, sustainable, and organic! These products are just a start to what you will see at Mama Gaia's.

I started Mama Gaia's because I care about my community and
I care about the future we are leaving for our children. I encourage respect for Mother Earth and make efforts toward positive
social change. I believe this next generation will bring us enormous growth and opportunity and I intend to be a candle in
